I Am Using The Absolutely Fab Scrapkit Called Hospital Stay ptu pu  This Is An Amazing kit perfect for anyone wanting to make something for someone who is staying in hospital .this kit has 57 elements 3 word arts 10 frames and 11 papers ,so the sky is the limit with what you are able to create .

Basic Tutorial 
This tutorial is of my own creation and any resemblance to any other tuts is purely coincidental. This tutorial is for personal use only.you will need a working knowledge of gimp or psp or other similar programmes.

I Am Using Gimp which is a free programme you can download 
* Go to file > new > 800 x800 > ok 
* Layer > Tranparency >color to alpha >ok 
*Select the ellipse tool and make a circle 
*now open up you papers File >Open Layers >Papers 
*select paper10 >select >invert>delete
*open up a word art i have chose be brave be strong
and scale so it fits your paper circle .
*now open up the hospital building element and scale
360 x280 and add a drop shadow.
* to do this go to Filters> light and shadow> dropshadow>
in the pop up box i have used these setting 3,3,3, black.
* now open up the ambulance and scale yo your prefered size 
*And Repeat your drop shadow .
*Now open up the wheel chair and scale to size 
*open your nurse doctor and patient and scale to size 
repeat drop shadows.
*now your tag should look similar to mine 
*Now add your name below the tag
in your chosen font.
*i have added some vitals so it looks like the name is 
sitting in middle .
to do this open up and scale and place the straight edge under
your name hen duplicate image 
flip the image and place opposite.
*Now add the credit information
*Merge Layers
And you done it
